Roof Replacement – Neath

Project Summary

A weathered property in Neath required a full roof replacement after years of patch repairs and failing underlay. First Call Roofing Ltd stripped the existing covering back to bare timbers, replaced rotten battens, and renewed the breather membrane throughout.

We installed a fresh natural slate finish with a new ridge system, carried out the associated chimney flashing, and replaced all guttering and downpipes with new PVCu rainwater drainage. The work was delivered on time and left the property weathertight for years to come.
